Cece Arva

Cece began dancing at the age of 7, training in styles of ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tap, musical theatre and jazz. Cece has completed up to her Advanced 1 in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, under the direction of Debra Jones. Beyond competitions, Cece also attended numerous dance intensives in Ontario and New York City, including the Big Apple Tap Fest, the Rockettes Summer Intensive and Ballet Jorgen’s summer programs in Toronto, among many others. She started assisting her dance teachers at the age of 10, and began. teaching her own classes at the age of 17. She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Education at York University, with the hope to attend York’s joint program with Canada’s National Ballet School, specializing in ballet education.
